Tips

  • Fresh Roast quality can last up to a month or so.
  • Use whole beans and grind right before using (you have 4 days before losing the freshness)
  • Keep beans in airtight containers out of the light.
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze (it makes zero difference).
  • Try a French Press — small plastic ones work great in microwaves when you travel or at the office and they really extract the coffee essence from the grounds.
  • If you use cream and/or sugar, try our fresh roast straight.  Many people use these and other flavor additives to mask the bitterness and aftertaste of stale corporate coffee.  We regularly hear our customers tell us how they are saving money and enjoying fresh flavor by dropping altogether or at least limiting the amount of sugar and cream they add to their fresh-roasted coffee.
