This offering has undergone a rare & difficult way of processing the coffee bean known as “pulp natural” or “honey” processing. It is a semi-wet process (still good for getting crema on espresso). The processing allows the sweet sticky surrounding known as “mucilage” to impart some of its flavor to both seeds (beans) within each coffee pod (cherry) picked from the coffee trees. We always try to keep such a rarely processed bean in stock. It is a long-standing favorite with customers. FLAVOR: chocolate, honey, creamy, full bodied.
